Bull Elk Broadside Vital Zone

I’ve had mine a few weeks now. I mounted two pins to my target frame and I hang the elk cutout in front. I bring it in each night. I did leave it out in a storm one night and it did fine.

I have struggled with target panic over the years and I will miss high on animals. Much to my surprise, the first several shots at the cutout I missed high. I have used it to focus like it’s a real animal. I stare at the antlers and try to recreate the excitement I will have I will have on the hunt. I move it around the yard and shoot quickly from behind trees etc. My hunt is in a few weeks, we will see if it pays off!

The velcro on the anlters should be a bit longer for more rigidity. The elks antlers are a bit heavy for the inch by 6 inch stiffeners.
Now it maybe because the sun here in delta colorado is insane but just some food for thought for the next gen

You can't leave it out if it gets windy it blows it all apart so I have to bring it in every time I use it it would be nice if it was more solid and would hold together better

I'm enjoying the target. No complaints. Only a suggestion for mounting. I added a couple of grommets to the mounting tab so it could be hunt with 550 cord
