Deadnuts Targets are designed to be lifelike so that you can prepare for the shot of your life. All targets are measured from the top of the shoulder to the bottom of the brisket to provide you with the most accurate and precise vital area. The length of the target may not be as accurate to life size, however. Some species may be turned and angled slightly making them shorter in length. All angles, heights and depths have been carefully considered for accurate placement of vital areas on each species.
The Deadnuts Target, combined with a stand (not included) and a block or bag backstop (not included) simply gives you the most realistic experience in preparation for your shot of a lifetime

Awesome target! Read reviews before buying. Very annoying when people leave bad reviews because they were too lazy or stupid to do a little research to know what the product is before buying. Obviously you need another target behind these targets, hence the 2D...and then to go on and say they love the looks of the target and use it alot but only give 3 stars is also lame. Its their fault for not knowing what they were buying. Wish I could give 7 stars to make for the 2 stars stolen from you in the earlier review from the lazy person. Great work! Can't wait to add a few more to the range.
Targets are great to take to camp. I used to take 3ds every time I went camping or during hunting season. Now I take these take up much less room you can shoot Broadheads and not ruin a 3d target. I ordered this target and some more cores for my broadside mule deer. They accidentally sent more inserts for this target one email and I had the right core plus a couple extra that I never paid for. Amazing customer service thanks guys!

Great target to put in front of a block target! I am very happy with it!
While we expected a 2-D target, we found this one made of thin plastic layers and no real extra reinforcement for the vitals zone. Definitely need a target behind it to absorb and stop arrows. The muley image is awesome, though. We've used it alot.
Have shot a lot of targets and nothing is as fun to shoot as this one.
